Chapter 2: Installing Metashape

The software that we will be using during this class is called Metashape by Agisoft. It is formally known as PhotoScan, but got a re-branding recently. If you head over to the website of Agisoft. So let's try it.

On the page, you can choose the version for your operating system. We will do very fine with the Standard Edition. A download will start and then you can install the software. When you finished the installation, you can start the software and choose Start a free 30-day trial.
